Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Nettrix Innovation, we provide digital and technology services including website development, social media management, SEO, digital marketing, SSL setup, technical support and annual maintenance services.

Since our services may involve customized work, resources, development time and third-party services, refunds are subject to the terms mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before any work has started, the customer may be eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges or other non-refundable costs.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once development, design, marketing, configuration or any other service work has started, the payment may become non-refundable because resources and working hours have already been allocated to the project.

Any refund request after work has started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Website & Development Services

Payments for customized website, software, application, design or development services are generally non-refundable once the development process has commenced.

Minor revisions within the agreed project scope may be provided according to the selected package or service agreement.

5. Social Media & Digital Marketing Services

Social media management, SEO, advertising management, content creation and other marketing services involve scheduled work and dedicated resources.

Therefore, payments for a service period that has already started are generally non-refundable.

Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are not refundable by Nettrix Innovation.

6. SSL, Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, software licenses and other third-party services may have separate refund policies.

Any amount paid to third-party providers that is non-refundable will not be refundable by Nettrix Innovation.

7. Annual Maintenance & Support (AMC)

AMC and technical support services are provided for the agreed service period. Once the AMC service has commenced, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed based on the unused service period and applicable terms.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method used by the customer, subject to payment gateway and banking processing times.

Applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees or third-party charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

9. Non-Refundable Situations

• Services that have already been completed.
• Work already delivered or approved by the customer.
• Third-party services or licenses that cannot be refunded.
• Advertising spend paid to advertising platforms.
• Customer-requested cancellation after substantial work has started.
• Delays caused by missing information, content or approvals from the customer.
• Failure to use or access a completed service after delivery.
